More than 30 days before arrival date = 10% of the booking price.
29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.
Less than 7 days before arrival = 100% of the booking price.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

The accommodation
Ideally located in the centre of Cauterets, between the cable car, thermal baths and shops, the apartment is on the first floor of a small, fully renovated 3-storey building.
🏠 From the entrance, you enter the large living room with its fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue set), a dining table for six people, a living room with a convertible chaise longue sofa (140x190), coffee table, large-screen TV with Canal+ package, WiFi and Bluetooth speaker.
The master bedroom is accessible from the living room.
It features a queen-size bed (160x200), a bathroom (walk-in shower and toilet), and a wardrobe.
The hallway leads to the other side of the apartment, which has a double bedroom (queen-size bed 160x200), a second bathroom with walk-in shower, and separate toilets.
A private parking space is available in the municipal car park, 150 metres from the apartment.

Free shuttle buses (Citycab) will take you to the town centre or to the cable car if required at weekends and during school holidays.
